Blogging Elsewhere Today

My friend Anna has a fairly large stack of quilt tops, and she wants them finished!  In order to get them done, she has created a challenge and is planning to be done with them all by the end of 2011.  Lofty goal, but if you know Anna (Crafty Girls Workshop), she will do it.  She’s one of those girls that will amaze you with her rapid-fire, incessant creativity and productivity.  Gosh, I sound like I’m writing a college paper, don’t I?

Anyway, Anna asked me to join her and write a series of posts about quilting so that people participating in this challenge will have a little extra information to help the task seem a little less daunting.  So here is the first one– all about picking your thread.

I enjoyed your post about the threads and look forward to future postings.

  2. Is it sad that the first thing I thought when seeing this picture was “My orthidontist would be proud of those straight teeth!” And then I thought, “Geez I need a haircut!” Cute picture though. That was a very productive weekend at the quilt retreat. Can’t wait for your next post!
