After my sewing rush of the last couple months of 2010, I needed some time off to just play with fabric and get my creative juices flowing again. And boy are they flowing!! In fact, they are flowing so much that I thought I should join in for WIP Wednesday, hoping for a little accountability. I haven’t really finished anything except this poorly executed Enchino bag in 2011.
First up, we have the lovely Aunt Ruth quilt.
And we also have Amy Buter Love and Moda Crossweaves– soon to be a Bento Box for my king-size bed (why do I keep insisting on making ginormous quilts?).
And also a t-shirt quilt for my step-brother.
And this pre-quilt shop sample is made of Sugar Pop for a friend’s sewing lounge. (Ignore the doggie fabric– that’s someone else’s quilt peeking out).
And I still have a couple commissions to do.
And I’m working on a mixed media project, which I can show you after next Thursday.
And I want to make a Happy Birthday banner (even though there are no birthdays here until May).
And Nacho Baby is now signed up for T-ball, which means I need to find a handwork project & organize it before practices begin.
And I have a side business longarming quilts, and I have several in the queue.
*sigh*
Well, I better march upstairs and get started.

I love Bento Box quilts! Yours is going to be beautiful!
Well, it’s a good thing you aren’t busy or anything! LOL! You and I are more alike than I ever imagined! I never have less than 10 projects going at any given time. I love all your projects and I know they will all be gorgeous when you are done!
they look great Danielle!
Working on any Sooner Quilt by chance…big birthday coming up in a couple of weeks!!!
I am so proud of you- for all you do!!
Wow, that’s quite a list you’ve got there! I LOVE the Aunt Ruth quilt—such great colors and I really like the block design. The Bento Box is beautiful too!
Thanks for linking up with WIP Wednesday, have a fabulous week!
I love what you did on Ryan’s t-shirt quilt and cannot wait to start one of my own. The fabric choices work really well with the t-shirts. Your creative juices must be oozing from everywhere!
